If I had a Cayman, this would be one of my first mods with the clear engine cover....

I bought a clear cover for my then 07 CS. Still have it but rarely use it. It looks good. Trouble is it sounds sucky when you drive. There's some sort of whooshing sound as you go up the rev range and then shift. This sound is always there, it's just muffled with the factory engine cover and carpet on. It's very noticable with the clear cover on. I've heard there is some sort of insulating ring for the cover but haven't seen it to know if it's real or an Internet myth.

That looks good! The rubber hoses have grooves in them for the hose clamps. but some red or blue silicone would look good.
