It could be the roll bar or control arm bushes - but the control arms usually knock or rattle not squeak. I found my squeaking to be the roll bar....
Roll bar bushes are the easiest - it really only takes 30 minutes to undo the 4 x bolts around the bushes and 2 x bolts at the drop links to access the rubber bushes. Remove the bushes & grease with lithium based grease and away you go.
Your front roll bar bushes will not be far from requiring greasing too.
