With the crank locked TDC, with the locking pin, you also use this lock (pictured) on the cam. This lock is located on the right side behind the passenger seat (US vehicles) front of the motor. This picture was taken with the motor still in the vehicle.

So, Once the cam lock is installed like in your picture on the exhaust cam bank 1, then it appears that it doesn't matter which direction the notch on intake cam on bank 1 is facing either in or out, is that correct?

Thanks for the link and I just read it and there was no mention of the orientation of the intake cam notch, so it apparently doesn't matter as long as the Crank is aligned and pin in TDC and the exhaust cam lock ( on the 5 chain system) is installed on Bank 1( Per your image), then I should be good to go.
