That thing has been in the Chicago craigslist ads for more than a couple months now,and I still cringe everytime I see it. I believe the owner is trying to get $7500 for it now.

Listing says "Sold locally. Do not bid." Looks like it finally sold.

At least it is not the Boxster go-kart or the Boxster Lamborghini?

The rolled tires tell the story. Obviously owned by some stupid kid who thinks that "looks coool". The car has almost certainly been beaten, abused, and generally fk'd with.

Besides, if you're going to do the batmoboxster conversion, at least do it right!

it has 6 viewer per hour. probably all are forum members.
will not be surprised if he will increase the asking price, due to the high traffic.

The history report says 3 accidents - 2 of them only 3 months apart
The fact that they have police reports may mean that the Boxster driver was at fault!

It does amaze me that many people come up with inflated values for their cars. This is usually reserved for dealerships! I guess they payed a lot when purchased and hope to get as much back as possible!
Makes me feel good for only paying 12,300 for my 1 owner, 44000 mile immaculate 2001
