Thanks! There are two DIY's. I bought a used mini off of CL to bring the cost down and a used horseshoe from Oklahoma foreign. I wanted to keep the original horseshoe so that I can go back to stock if I ever want to. In fact, I have kept all of the stock pieces with the exception of my rims. A dremel makes quick work of modifying the horseshoe.

I can't believe I forgot to include the one touch soft top open and close by Shehadehd! I use that all the time.

The bat wings pop out and then there are two torx screws on either side holding the horseshoe in. Very simple. Popping the bat wings out is also how you remove the mini, again, quick and simple.

Right! Props to Shehadehd! I have that as well and can't believe how all you live without it :-)

Clutch spring

The clutch spring mod is covered in the thread below and the rennlist one linked in TRK's first post. Short story is the McMaster spring recommended toward the end of the rennlist thread is what I did, and I love it. Mailed out my spares (had to order min of 6), so we should have some more feedback on them soon.
