Do I have to buy specialty muffler bearing grease from a Porsche dealership, or can I use the generic stuff that they sell at Pep Boys?
I'm only asking because I've been using generic headlight fluid for a couple of years with no ill effects and want to save a couple of bucks to buy a left-handed steel stretcher at HF this month...

Be careful with those HF steel stretchers. I heard that they bought a bunch of expired ones from a UK distributor and converted them to left hand drive, by re-drilling and bolting the handle on backwards.

Yes there is a special grease , but turn signal lubricant will work in a pinch
