First off - I'm sorry to hear about your problems. It sounds to me like this is really more of a dealer issue than a car issue. Yes, there are some problems but that's not all that unusual for a new car. I still think that you need to find out exactly what the problems are. "Module", in my mind, doesn't cut it.

I really don't think you need a lawyer or paid assistance to take care of this (but that's certainly up to you). In reviewing the Lemon Law for D.C., I don't think you have a case.
