Talking Greetings! Bought my first Boxster!

Greeting and Salutations fellow Boxster owners!
I put a down payment on my first Boxster yesterday. Bought it as a project car for my wife. Paid $7100 for a 1999 986, silver with black leather, 64,500 on the clock. Needs some TLC, but I'm sure with the info here, I can get it up to snuff in no time. I should probably be able to take her home Tuesday, because of the bank holiday. I'm already searching the for sale threads for the parts I need right off the bat. I will pay some pics as soon as she is home.

Defectfully
Patrick

Congrats and pictures are required!

Post what parts you're looking for under the 'for sale' forum. There are lots of good sellers on the board.

Welcome, post some pics, and as one of the resident spelling fanatics, I must point out that it's "Boxster," not "Boxter."

Welcome, make sure to post pics soon, hope it isn't too much of project, you can usually find a solid boxster for about that price.

Welcome and I wish that my wife would fix up my Boxster. Yours is a definite keeper! (where is the sarcasm font when you need it?)
