Last month I noticed the spare (original in my 2000) was not holding air.

I was able to get my local Goodyear to replace the valve stem so as to keep required pressure.

Big relief as evil-bay and others want hundreds for them.

Porsche dealer somewhere told me it is in stock for high price but I failed to ask the production date.Check the classifieds here and local PCA regions.

Mine is old too.Maybe we will all be OK for very short usage.
