Market survey
New Member Needs Help - Rennlist Discussion Forums
I made a post in the rennlist general discussion for the sake of better visability, but if anyone wouldn't mind heading over there and taking a survey for me and my marketing partner it would be greatly appreciated . |
Completed...question #6 threw me for a loop until I started filling it out.
|
What do you mean by "for the sake of better viability?"

Please have someone proofread your work, or learn how to spell. I won't bother cataloging all the errors, but will simply point out that the survey title itself features a whopper: "New Buisiness Survey."
I spent the last 30 years in senior level marketing positions, and made a point of never hiring anyone who couldn't spell. How do you expect to write business plans? Proof product literature? Write an email that others won't dismiss because it's poorly written? Good luck. |

I was told the title would not appear that was supposed to be for my reference, first time using this software , the proposal it self it pretty solid though. However, again the constructive criticism is very well taken, spelling has been an issue for me since I was in fifth grade, my advanced teacher said I over think words, reminds me of our illiterate valedictorian. |

Many of my spelling and grammar issues are caused by the very small iPhone keyboard. |

So it's the iPhone, huh? That's "... entirely tangible." :ah: http://www.lolroflmao.com/wp-content...d-problems.jpg Should you get to looking up the function of the "edit" tab, also do a search for "accepting-responsibility-for-your-actions-rather-than-assigning-blame". That's probably a better "marketing" (and life) lesson than whatever comes of your marketing "project". ;) |
Aw, c'mon guys. Why ain't you given the kidd a brake? ;)

My most recent favorite from Jake: http://986forum.com/forums/general-discussions/52769-need-opinions-summer-project.html Although, I have to admit, I'm very curious about the "Retirees with a larger income will be attracted to visit the track while on tour." I'd like to be a retiree with a larger income. How do I do that? |
Likewise, I'm sure. :D

Touche', cfos, well said. In all honesty, BIGJake will be much better served by heeding the well intended advice being given. Making a concerted effort to improve his spelling and grammatical acumen will take him a lot farther than his Boxster ever will. Having spent almost forty years in the corporate world, including numerous years in Management, I can speak from experience in saying that his ability, or inability to properly compose his thoughts in writing may one day dictate how successful he may be in achieving his career aspirations. This is especially true if his position requires him to communicate in writing with clients, prospects and / or the general public. Improperly written communications will almost certainly erode BIGJake's credibility both internally and externally with his employers and clientele.

Really? This forum isn't a job interview. Give Dude a break. No biggie. For reference....I've been in IT Mgt for 23 years. Hired and fired more than I can remember. Relax. You're all good BJ111.

I took the survey and I am the target market for these guys.
I find Jake to be pretty entertaining. This entertainment factor receives a turbo boost by the interest CFOS takes in Jake's "development" as a human being :). Yes this is a very different generation coming up and they missed some cues along the way. Didn't we all? A kid that keeps getting repeatedly knocked down but gets back up again every time has a shot I figure. His shot won't look like much like your's or mine but if he keeps swinging, he is likely to make contact at some point. Determination is a relatively rare trait these days so even if his aim is off a bit at 16, I suspect he will eventually find his mark. Keep swinging Jake! |
Survey taken, good luck!
