I chose 5 but really would prefer 168. Can one ever have too many? I think not.

I would like to have an oil pressure gauge and an oil temp gauge. So, I guess, 5.

Had both and prefer 5 but as long as the tach is in the middle I'm happy.

That looks interesting. I'm not 100% sure I like the "modern" look, but where did you get them? Is it an easy DIY?

I wanted Oil Pressure and Temp guages and was looking for a way to get that that was not overly obtrusive.

This is a Photoshop test to see if I like what it would look like.

I have not built them yet.

I have to agree that the modern LED's mixed in with the classic Porsche style do not mesh very well in that Test.

I think I need to come up with something that flows better and looks more retro but is similarly compact.

Fab986,
That seems odd. Is there an issue with yours, or could it just be set to something else? Seems like something that could be selected through the on-board computer.

I guess it has something to do with the model year, I have a 2001 S. Here's how it looks on mine:

Not by my car, but if you play with the bottom left stalk it will cycle through the options.

Well, assuming your layout is the same as mine - which I've been wrong on once in this thread!

My '00 S has the digital speed on the centrally located tach, and also displays outside air temperatures. It seems a perfect layout to me, though my intent is to add at least two gauges (oil temp and pressure) on the center console.
