Help with defogging headlight corner trim

Hey all. My headlight corner trim on pass side has condensation showing through, so needs to be removed, cleaned and then resealed? I can't find any instructions on what actually seals in these trim pieces to prevent moisture from getting in. Can anyone help? Want to make sure I have the right product here when I do it. Thanks!
