I had my new (like a month old) clear corner trim fog up. I just drilled two small holes in the back side of it. One on the bottom and one in the back. If it does fog now, it clears up very quickly.

This works nicely! Took a few days for the water to slowly seep out - but a week later it's nice and clear with no water. Thanks for the idea. Two small holes was all it took.
