Semantics. Is that the best you got? Any non domesticated animal is game. In my yard its birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and when I was in Florida, turtles. Hell, even my own domesticated pets deserve protection if in MY yard.

BTW, cats will not always bury their poop. They will sometimes just go in the grass. Again, we disagree on the whole "always" phrases you are throwing around.
