If you are hearing the click then the relay and wiring should be okay for the horns. My car came with both not working and I replaced them with Hella Supertone horns. Just a little more expensive than replacing the stock horns, but they are a lot louder with a more aggressive tone.

All I did was remove the bumper and plug the wire connection from the old horns to the new horns and mounted it with the brackets that came with the new horns. On each side of the cross member near the metal bumper are rectangular dents that already had holes drilled out, so it was a perfect spot for me to mount them securely. I just had to add a small section of wire to extend the original lines to reach the other side. These horns get some nice immediate reactions from people, so I think it was worth the upgrade.

The alarm horn is a separate unit under the plastic cover next to the battery if you look in the frunk. I believe it is on the drivers side.
