What did I do to my horn?

I was nearly run off the road in traffic by a dump truck a couple of weeks ago and laid on the horn pretty hard (it's such a disappointing sound in a situation like that), and the horn hasn't worked since.

It still gives the beep when I lock it with my trunk open, the fuse in B3 is fine, and it I hear a "click" when I hit the horn. Just no sound.

The searches that I've done indicate that this means that I've got bad horns. Do you guys agree?

yes, precisely and nice job not only searching but also diagnosing... Low tone horn was likely already toast and upper joined it upon last use. Very common.

Easy DIY replacement and for efficiency purposes you should clean out rads/condensers while front bumper is also removed.

Easy boy, don't rip your bumper off just yet. It could very well be a bad clock spring.

Have you tried your horn with the ignition off and the key out? Try to verify continuity before just replacing the horn. From where are you hearing the "click"?

I'm pretty sure the horn horn is different than the alarm horn. I pulled my inop alarm horn out several months ago and still haven't gotten around to replacing it.

If you are hearing the click then the relay and wiring should be okay for the horns. My car came with both not working and I replaced them with Hella Supertone horns. Just a little more expensive than replacing the stock horns, but they are a lot louder with a more aggressive tone.

All I did was remove the bumper and plug the wire connection from the old horns to the new horns and mounted it with the brackets that came with the new horns. On each side of the cross member near the metal bumper are rectangular dents that already had holes drilled out, so it was a perfect spot for me to mount them securely. I just had to add a small section of wire to extend the original lines to reach the other side. These horns get some nice immediate reactions from people, so I think it was worth the upgrade.

The alarm horn is a separate unit under the plastic cover next to the battery if you look in the frunk. I believe it is on the drivers side.
