I have little pieces of foam (insulation) blowing out of the dash vents. It's meduim dark gray in color and I assume its just the foam used to insulate the vents. Every once in awhile a few will blow out. I'm not concerned since I assume some deterioration is to be expected with a car that is 16 yrs old (98' standard Boxster w/ 72,000 miles)...i assume just normal due to age.
