But in the garage, believe me you want the hardcopy instead of a iPAD or Kindle. Unless you don't mind the petroleum substance finding their way here and there all over the buttons you press
This is why I love Google Play books. For the garage I would bring my laptop connected to wifi along, log onto Google and my copy of "101 Projects for your Porsche Boxster" loads right up.

And I'm always doing Google searches across the various forums or YouTube for other Porsche people doing similar DIY projects. We've all been there.

The Google Play Books app and site works on any PC or Laptop or any smartphone/tablet than can load Google. Basically its always there for you.

Paper is completely useless to me now.

I like pdf as you can print up pages and go threw the notes with your greasy fat fingers and toss after the job is done. This is also what I did at the dealership when I had electrical problems as I made notes and staple to the hard copy for future reference if the car comes back or if there are other future isssues

Garage
I'm an old fart.
Nothing better than a nice workplace manual with greasy finger prints all over it.

I love getting a workshop manual with a used car I've purchased. I just look at the greasy parts of the manual and then I REALLY know what repairs the PO did to the car.
