dghii Registered User Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Florida Posts: 2,497	I agree about ignition switch but first lets check your battery, given the car is dead. How dead is dead? Will your lights come on, at least a bit? Do flashers work? Usually, if a car is dead all of a sudden, its a battery or charging system issue. How old is battery? can you pull it and get it checked if over 2 or 3 years old? Battery terminals clean? Check this easy stuff first and post your results.
