Which Oil for the summer vs winter

Currently I have a 2005 Porsche Boxster and I was told to use 0w40 or 5w40 I think it was...

. Tons has been written about this subject! I use 5W40 year round. Some people like 0W40, some in hot climates go heavier. Probably doesn't make that much difference as long as you change it often.

5w-40 here also. The car stays inside during winter months though.

Run a quality full synthetic oil. Change every 5,000 miles. Do UOA's with Blackstone.
I'd suggest either Joe Gibbs DT 40 5W40 or Mobil 5W50. Year yound.

Since synthetics were invented, oils are used year around.
Your task is to find "Porsche A40" on the bottle.
