John Bergen Boxster S Bassist Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: Moraga, CA Posts: 96	Recently had the LN dual row ceramic bearing installed in my 2000 S. Caught the failed IMSB just in time! Thankfully being an early 2000 it had a dual row stock bearing. They do now make a dual row ceramic bearing that can be installed on single row bearing engines. I agree that the external lubrication mod seems like a good solution but I guess unproven so far.
