However I'm sure I could do a mean heel/toe in my teleboots with all that toe flex :

Obviously I only do that when I'm going skiing, which is only 10 minutes from my house with a maximum of 2 stoplights. My Garmont Megalights are a 3 buckle boot, and with everything loose, I can flex my ankle just fine. No heel/toe though! Here's a pic:
