Had to think about this question a long time. After 11 years &91,K miles the only regret was buying a 996 CarreraII wheel & tire package from a dealer, instead of the proper Boxster version. 996 pkg came with 18"X10" rear wheel & 285/30/18 tires. The dealer sent bolt-on spacers for the rear. I went with the bigger tires in anticipation of enlarging my engine. This was great for driving straight but bad for turning into a curve. Always think twice before circumventing Porsche engineering for which we pay so dearly!
