I'll bet. Our bigger brewery has a 750kW boiler which is probably good for 900kg/hr steam. We run 1 bar or 4 bar pressure depending on the application. Since all our power is hydro, its also a reasonably green way to brew beer! :-)

Timco, what do you know about geothermal heating and cooling? I live in a city in Australia with a yearly mean temperature of 66F (I'm imperialising the temperature from Celsius ) and it is not uncommon in summer to have a week to 10 days straight of daily highs between 100F and 115F. No one here uses that type of system for cooling or heating, there are 2.5 million people in our city and our state has a GDP per capita of close to USD100k per annum so plenty of people can afford to install such a system. I have thought about bringing this technology here many times but am unsure where to start. I suspect that a modular system is necessary, if such a thing even exists. If you or anyone else is keen to explore this further PM me.
