2000 base. 100,510 mi. Purchased April 2008 @ 70,000 mi.
3 x water pump replacements. 1 AOS failure. Talk about embarrassing: Beautiful
sunny day in June. Came out of busy convenience store, started car, smoke totally
stopped all movement in parking lot. Zero visibility until smoke cleared, but only for a minute or so.
Have new Robbins glass window top. The installer my long time indy recommended is not interest in the job.
Really enjoy car. No regrets.

Not yet. Had planned to do a clutch and drop trans off to have this fixed but never found time. Things are crazy busy. Other than this, car is 100% great!!

Lever leak

mine has leaked for 3.5 years ...on this forum someone puts new sleeve in old bell for 600 bucks. Was told 3 years ago that second will get notchey (which it is sort of?) then I would surely loose second all together! Still have not lost 2nd...seems to leek a little more after ln bearing install, maybe indy changed gear oil but I doubt it. Timco , how are you going to repair it when you do?

Had 2 trans companies say they can machine in or replace that bearing as they do old farm equipment which is obsolete and repair is the only option all the time. Even a local Indy said he could do that.

Worst case a new trans housing is $900.

You need to move those cars out to California.
