My name's Ben and I run Keysinthepost.com. I came across this post, and wanted to follow it up to try and resolve any issues. I'm sorry hear one of our keys didn't work, we do offer a guarantee on all keys, and if (in the very rare circumstance) we can't get a key to work, we do offer a full refund.
As this is a mail order service, we do get the occasional key which doesn't work, if not it usually works second time. I think we've had under 5 Porsche/VAG keys which haven't worked in the last 3 years, and we send out around 50 a month - so not too bad a success rate!
Customer service is our absolute priority, so if anyone isn't happy with the service, then I want to make sure we make amends. Please rest assured that if you do order a key from us, you will get a good customer experience.
