Throttle cable adjustment...

I just discovered that my throttle cable doesn't pull the throttle all the way when the pedal is floored -- it's still possible to pull the throttle a bit further with my finger. I wonder if this is due to an old stretched out cable? I checked my Bentley shop manual, but couldn't find how to adjust this cable. Any help & suggestions appreciated.

I know this is an old thread but I have noticed this myself. My ecu also didint read 100% full throttle. I fixed the issue by shimming where the throttle cable goes through the throttle body. I made the shim out of a piece of flashing. Maybe less than a 1/16" did the trick. Probably not the right thing to do in some people mind but it has worked for years and is secure in there.
