+1 for previous post.
I do my own oil changes as I have access to a lift. I pay $5/hour for the bay rental. Personally, I think it'd be worth $10 to not have to put the car on stands crawl under.

I just changed mine last week. No way I would pay someone a dime to do what takes literally 10 min of work(+ 30 min drain time).

I jacked the drivers side rear of the car up a bit(not even enough to get the tire off the ground) in order to squeeze the catch pan under, and the filter and plug were easily within arms reach...I think stands are overkill
Then again, I'm thin and have long arms, so...
