Since you have the front vents in black, keeping the side vents black is a good combo -- but on the other hand.... it's a matter of personal preference.
Have you thought about painting the rotor hats in yellow when you have to replace the brakes?
My recommendation is that you get a professional designer to give you some advice on this -- my favorite designer is Cheryl Torrenueva who appears on the Restaurant Impossible show (Food Network). Don' know her knowledge about cars, but who cares -- she looks good!!

Agree, paint em. If you don't like it you can always strip the paint or paint over. I added the '03/'04 set in body paint on my '02 and luv the look.

03-04 are a different style and already painted. You will like the turbo look ones, I assure you.
