As a matter of fact, since the single row retrofits are not fully failproof (though the failure rate seems to be extremely minuscule) LN is beginning to phase out the single row IMS bearing retrofit for what they call the "IMS solution." Its essentially a standard bearing (rather than a ball bearing) fed by pressurized oil. It is currently only available from them but, I believe, will make its way to trained Indy mechanics in the near future. (The more robust dual row retrofit has seen zero failures and does not need a "solution" at this time).
