Long Island / NY Boxster Meet
There are now a few boxster owners in my area and a few of them have reached out to try and maybe get together one day/night to shoot the breeze. If you are interested put your name now below and we will try and figure out a date, time and spot.

I'm right between the Bridgeport and new London ferries so that could be an option for you.

Ferry is like $60 it's cheaper to go around and takes the same amount of time

Every Thursday evening starting now till fall is a decent car show get together in Riverhead LI. It's down on the Peconic river at the end of the Long Island Expressway 495. I might try to go next wk. drove by quick tonight and it was packed at 5 pm.

The Thursday night thing might be cool and also the 16th. I am about 10mins from Riverhead. If you are wondering where they are talking about it is directly behind the Long Island Aquarium or also called Atlantis Marine World. I'll head over there next Thursday if anyone wants to meet up.

I didn't realize it was Father's Day. Let me know if that affects any of your chance of coming out. Yes we can go wine tasting. There are many beautiful vineyards out here that have food and music and a place to hang out and talk cars. I can provide a great top down driving route through some curvy roads and scenic areas on our way to our destination. We can all meet off exit 63 off the 495 on the north side park and ride on route 83. From there travel to the fun roads and then food and wine. Your thoughts everyone?

As far as times. How about a 11am meet and then go from there. Hit the vineyards for lunch probably just after noon. Plenty of time to go out to dinner with your family or what ever you may have planned. Let me know what times work for everyone. I. Open to all I put.

I just realized that the 16th is my girlfriend's birthday.... I'm taking her to see The Postal Service that night in the city. I'll be out in the Hamptons / Montauk are this weekend though....

Ok back to talking about the meet on thursday is it at a restaurant or something? Large plaza? Best Buy? I just want to get a concrete address to plug into my gps.
As far as for sunday I am not sure if i could go. I will see what I can do.

We should do a drive up the palisades to bear MTN. You guys on LI can also drive to captree island there is typically a car meet there sun mornings.
