12V tester

Just to follow up I made this little 12V tester to help compensate for my poor wiring skills.......it has turned to be very handy. Things don’t always react properly to lower than spec operating voltage

It’s a 9V and two 1.5 AAs taped together in series with a positive and negative terminals exposed to test your circuit. Yeah crude but it’s really turning out to be handy

I can't see anything. Would you take a moment to enlarge the picture 1,000%, and repost?

Great idea, btw!

Thank you.

hopefully all can see this picture. I am not sure I can take credit for the idea....for sure it has been done before somewhere....really just a measure of my desperation at the time.....but it ended up solving my problem!

I was kidding JK.

I'd never seen that setup. In some pics and vids I've seen tests done with a 9V... but your 12V setup is great.

One of those tips/tricks/pieces of information, obvious to some, that makes working on the car easier and more efficient. Already I've catalogged that information into my cerebral database. It holds 32K of information.

Cheers!
