+1. All marketing BS. With the coil pack sitting right on top of the spark plug there is no significant delay or lack of voltage/amperage if you're using a standard brand name of spark plug and the coil pack is in good condition.

Like others, can't believe these will make a difference.
At 6000 rpm each cylinder fires off once every hundredth of a second. The fact that this spark plug would fire off two billionths of second (or 0.0000005%) faster isn't likely to make a noticeable difference in performance or mileage.
