Different Walmarts carry different weights, in different brands to boot. I have to admit I've never searched for M1 0W-40 at Walmart since I ran a different brand when I had the Boxster, I found one store in my area carried Castrol Syntec in 10w40 which several years back seemed to be the "consensus" oil to run . Now that I have an air cooled P-Car Mobil One in 15w50 is what I look for, it is only handled currently by a store in the north end of town in 5 qt. jugs. If you get lucky and talk to someone willing to help in your local store they may order it in for you.
