Cleaned the engine

Took the Throttle Body out and cleaned it

Clean

Cleaned the MAF

(I need to get back in there and do some touch-up

got my Boxster back on the ground yesterday.

The driver side rear axle decided to leave the comfort of the transmission flange. This was because the mechanic in my shop did not torque the axle flange bolts with a torque wrench. But instead tightened them with one of those "L" shaped allen wrenches.

So had to install a new flange on the transmission and since I was there I installed my headers, and FVD Brombacher muffler

Also a note to ANYONE installing the cheaper axles from Pelican or any parts house. The bolts they supply are 10x50mm which is the same as OEM. BUT the axle flange is a little thicker thus a little less bite from the bolts. Save yourself some grief and possible future issues and go to Fastenal and get your self some 10x55mm bolts.

Oh my! Just a touch under torqued... When I cleaned and repacked my axles with new grease, new boots, etc... I got new bolts from fastenal too, I am lucky to have one less than a mile from my work. I got the same size as OEM (since I stayed with my same axles). I love Fastenal
