I decided that the with the arm rest painted red it looked a little too much for me so I went back to the way it was and went red on the bezel above the door handle.

More subtle.

Road trip

I've been racking the miles up including a 2200 km trip through the mountains to southern BC last week. This included a 7km trip up a mountain in 1st gear on a rough gravel road for some hiking and lunch.

Probably better than the roads in Alberta... less pot holes at least
