I have a '97 Stumpjumper that I can't seem to replace. I know it's outdated, but it does the job, so spending a couple grand to buy a current year model just doesn't make sense, no matter how cool the new bikes are and how much fun the test rides are!

I also have an '11 Scott CR1 Pro. Freakin' awesome. I should have bought a bike like this years and years ago...

Lol ! I was referring to this site when I said 50k+ members . I'd love to have that many in just 3 weeks ! Thanks for joining though . How do you like your CR1 ?

Ah, I totally missed that. But, after re-reading, yeah. It was obvious what you were saying.

I love the CR1. I don't 'need' the CR1, but I love riding it. A huge step-up from my old bike with Tiagra components...
