Welcome to the Forum - you can learn a lot of stuff here. 99.9% of it will apply directly to your 987, as under the skin they are almost identical. Still there are a few things (mufflers come to mind) that are not directly interchangable. You may also want to check out the Planet 9 forum, which is mostly Cayman and 987 Boxster owners. I try to stay on both.

Agreed on the mileage thing - my 986S mileage is poor because I just can't keep my foot out of it, and I still can't figure out why we have a 6th gear.
