When people risk their lives, shouldn't it be for something very important?
Well, it better be.
But what is so important about driving faster than anyone else?
Lots of people go through life doing things badly. Racing's important to men who do it well.
When you're racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting.

If push came to shove, I would rather have a Solstice than a Crossfire. But there is no reason here to be snobby about other cars -- that kind of attitude should be reserved for non-Porsche owners. What reason do we have for inferiority complexes, that would lead us to bad mouth less expensive cars?

Except for the Braun eletric shaver grill, I like the Solstice, particularly the speedhumps (?). I wish I could see a boxster with the speed humps in person, it just looked soso in the limited photos i've seen.

Isn't that crossfire pricier than the boxster?

Exactly. Next thing you know we'll have people in here talking about how crappy Miatas are!

*For the money* the MR-2 and Miata are incredible machines. Don't know about the Solstice yet, but time will tell.

That reminds me about what people say about the Carrera GT.
