sounds like you'd love to nail heel and toe shifting if youre worried about the rev's dropping.
I suggest a great book by Jim Russell called "Principles of Race car driving". It's two inches thick with excellent illustrations. The bible of HP driving.

But, heel and toe applies to downshifting, not upshifting which is why i was confused by this action.

In any case, yeah, not doing it would probably be a better idea.

Yes, pretty much. WOT= wide open throttle.

Probably loosing you time due to driveline lash and is certainly harder on the equipment.
