If it is only visible under certain light you do not need repainting. It is micro-marring in the clear coat. I wish you were close by I'd have it like new in 15 minutes.
I don't want to give you the steps cause if you are not well trained you will do more damage than good trying to fix it. It's a shame guys from here aren't signing up to my detailing day to learn everything and have a good time. I already have 4 cars locally committed. Let's get 6 more and we'll have a good time and some nice video's.
