Wet & dry contact patch

Hi fellow Porsche Boxster enthusiasts.
After Porsche comparisons of several brands, I favor Bridgestone Pole Position 3's.
The compound changes progressively with wear.
The contact patch is pleasingly sticky in wet or dry!
On the last pair on my 2000 Boxster S, there were 30,000 miles with more than 1/4 of tread left when I recently replaced the rears only; fronts have more than 1/2.
Several excellent alternatives from Yokohama and others are now available.
Bridgestone Portenza Pole Position 3's are among the best.
