Niggles, how to fix.

There's a clunk or clatter from around the right rear strut mount, over bumps, rash.
It's been checked out by pros. Nothing visibly wrong. Suggestions?

Passenger window squeals like a murdered dolphin as it goes up its final six inches.
Lube? Align? Clean? Where?

The CR 220 seems to be temperature sensitive.
Won't run when it's cold. Warm up the interior, and it's on.
Ideas?

Cheers!
