Sorry, I didn't fully understand your question when I made my reply. I have an idea for you...

1. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
2. Remove passenger seat and disconnect the seatbelt wiring connector.
3. Remove seatbelt bolt and wiring from seat and plug it into connector and tuck it under the carpet on the passenger side.

This should work because the computer will think the seat is in place.

Inspect your connectors though. You may be forced to purchase a seat-side connector into which you will plug in the seat belt wiring.
