Thumbs down I think it might be too low :S

errr... so i fitted my gemballa coilovers, left the spring platforms set around 1/2 way up.. i was worried it was going to be too high... but umm.. its too low .. by far..

thing is mine isnt really even particularly low.. and ive already had to put planks in drains to be able to get in and out...

Anyone else have troubles? lol

2 questions

1- how did you remove the jack?
2 - how do you plan on putting it back under the car lol

My goodness...are these things adjustable at all? Your skirts are actually contacting the ground! ...or is there 1/32" clearance there?

I'm also curious to know how you got it down and how you're going to get it back up...

hope nothing gets damaged, you've got a great looking car.

I think you could scrape your flywheel being that low. Beautiful car but I think it is going to have to go up a coulpe spins. Thanks for those pics though that was cool.

well this was an issue whe i put project mu sport race pads in - they would make the rims brown in about 15kms, of freeway driving!!

i replaced them with project mu euro pads and now ive done 80kms and the rims still look clean.

another pic from today... this is getting tedious :|

Ill definitely be raising it...

as "cool" as it looks (i guess for some my car may look horrible if your a purist, but to each their own), the fact i can no longer go around corners and feel the g's, destroys the reason i bought this car... on "semi-interesting" corners now i get scrubbing and ive rubbed the paint off the front guards on the lip...

while i love my car looking 'pretty', i only bought it because of its handling.. i was going to buy an exige but the practicality killed that idea quick smart.. the boxsters 'looks' were lacking, thus my mods, however functionality outweighs looks by far!

Jeez that looks undriveable. I would want at least an inch raise to make it sensible for a daily.

Scraping weight right off the chassis, that's actually a brilliant idea for more performance.

That is incredibly low. Are you sure that's not an error? I would raise it because I would hate for you to damage the underside from a pothole or incline.

The car looks nice I think I'd move, and stay away from speed bumps
