That's not good business at all man.
I try to be pretty anal with respect to maintenance receipts for my car, but I bought my b&m ss off ebay a long time ago. It was new in the package, but I didn't get any "official looking" sales receipt because it came from a private owner that never installed it in their boxster.
So I guess they would deny my claim too all things being considered...
Just curious, but how many miles did you have on yours before the bushing failed?
