Jake, your father may be gone, but certainly will not be forgotten...he sounds as though he was a very special person and has passed those traits on to you.

My condolences and hope this brings you new strength and determination.

Sounds like you lost one helluva special friend.
My dad passed on five years ago, also of an ailing heart.
I think of him every day. From what I’ve read, sounds like you’ll be doing the same.

Please accept my condolences. Anytime we lose a loved one it is tough, but someone that special makes it even more difficult
