People over possessions is the best priority.

But with that stated, her question/comment means she thinks you love your car more than anything or anyone and is feeling insecure in the relationship.

Now how about that. A psychologist would charge you $125 for all the great advice you've received in this thread

Well after 35 years of marriage, 3 children and now 3 grandkids I bought my '03 Boxster in March. The wife was very supportive but then realized I had a new love affair goingand did not want to hear about it anymore.

In the end I guess she has me trained well since she now has a '06 black BMW 325CI that she has a love affair with.

Guess she trained me well!
