While I am sure that there is a part number, I have no clue what it is.

Thinking about the question a bit differently, is it possible that the relay socket already has a terminal in it - just that’s not wired to anything? I’m making the assumption that they may come that way from the vendor, as it is a common relay socket, used in other applications as well.

Might be worth taking a look at…
