Most are Mobil 1, but there are four Total Quartz and Activa oils, including a 5W-40 diesel oil.

By the way, the approvals have expiration dates, tho manufacturers can request and sometimes receive extensions. Two M1s expire late this year.
10w-30 are listed in the owners manual. This depends on year.
